How to book a ticket?

There are several ways to book a ticket:

  • The preferred option is to fill in the booking form.
    Filling in the booking form will take You not more than 3 minutes: choose Your travel date, the direction (from where and where), the number of passengers. Filling in the form is convenient both on Your computer and on tablets and phones.
  • If You do not have the opportunity to submit an application by the reservation form, our manager will be able to receive Your order by phone.
What information is needed for the booking?

It is necessary to indicate Your surname and name, indicate the current E-mail address (You will receive a letter with the booking details) and leave a phone number to confirm Your reservation.

How can I pay for the ticket?
  • You can pay by a bank card convenient to You on our website.
  • You can pay the ticket by transfer. Bank details will be sent to Your E-mail address.
  • The payment can be also made at the company’s office.
  • If the above options are not possible, there is a possibility of payment on landing. This option is used in "extreme cases".
I booked the tickets and made a payment in advance, but the trip was cancelled.

In case of visa refusal, the prepayment is not returned, because these circumstances have occurred not because of the driver’s fault.
In case of trip cancellation on the initiative of the passenger (no matter the reason) the prepayments are not refundable. Also, according to the „Rules of transportations”: in case of cancellation of a trip on passenger's initiative, the sum will be refuned with the retention of the following charges: 15% will be charged from the trip cost, if the sum is returned less than 24:00 hours before the driver provides his services.

About the trip

How much luggage can I carry?

You can carry your carry-on luggage, taking it with You in the bus. And You can have also one suitcase. Additional baggage is discussed individually.

How to find out the place of dispatch/arrival of the bus?

The bus leaves from the following locations:

  • Chisinau-Southern bus station (Gara de Sud) at 11:30
  • Prague-Florenc bus station at 11:30

The arrival takes place in the same place the next day.

What happens if I don’t catch the bus?

In case of delay on the initiative of the passenger no matter the reason) the prepayments are not refundable.
Also, according to the „Rules of transportations”: in case of cancellation of a trip on passenger's initiative, the sum will be refuned with the retention of the following charges: 15% will be charged from the trip cost, if the sum is returned less than 24:00 hours before the driver provides his services.

What problems can I have on the border?

The company- driver is not responsibile for the individual violations of visa regime by the passengers.
We recommend You, regarding visa, first to address at the visa center or the embassy for advice.

How long have you been carrying out passengers transportation?

Our company has been providing transport services (passenger transportation) since 2007.

What class of buses perform the transportation?

Transportation is carried out by international buses: MAN, NEOPLAN, MERSEDES etc.
The capacity of the bus is 47-52 seats, depending on the model.
The buses are equipped with air conditioning, TV, toilet.
For some models of buses are envisaged boilers for making tea and coffee to passengers.
